Performer
She loves to sing and dance, and can really bust a move. I have a 30 mins disney playlist on my computer for the kids, and she will put on her orange tutu skirt and do what I call a mixture of river dance, hip hop, and latin. My cheeks usually hurt from smiling and laughing so much at her.
Mischief maker
She has learned well from her big brother, and loves to tease him or sneakily eat his food when he's not looking (but nonchalantly walk away when he does).
Little mother
She loves Scarlett (who she calls Scar-deh) and I'll often catch her saying things to her like "Hi Scar-deh, have a good sweep? Yeah?", "Scar-deh, no cwying. S'ok. S'ok." You can never have your soother the wrong way, or run out of diapers when she is around.
She also likes to boss Isaac around, and will parrot things that I'm saying.
Typical conversation
Me: Isaac I am going to count to three
Mia (before I even finish): Count to thwee! One-two-thwee! Go to your room!
Gymnast
She has incredible strength and is very muscular for how petite she is. She loves to do monkey bars (with some help), and slide down the fireman pole (with no help). She can also scale the playground to get to bars she can't reach and can flip herself over them. There is nothing she can't climb or jump off of.
Noise maker
Her scream is ear piercing. It's her favourite way of tantruming.
Learner
She loves to learn. She likes to practice counting (almost to 20!) and reading stories while asking "what's that?" about everything. She is always willing to try a new workout with me. She loves imaginative play and always wants to stay at preschool with Isaac.
Girly-girl
She is very much into dress-up and hair. I'm surprised I'm not balding for the attention my hair gets. It's not unusual for me to be sporting every bow and barrette she owns in every shade of frozen at some point during the week.
Our Mimi is spunky, loving, and stubborn and we love her to bits!
